Kathy Geissler Best is the principal designer and CEO of Kathy Best Design, an ASID award winning, full-service, interior design firm.  We create beautiful environments for our clients.  We believe beauty is more than skin deep. Each project is carefully tailored to the client’s needs. Lifestyle, location, budget, likes and habits, pets, entertaining style, climate, use, and environmental impact are just some of the details we consider throughout the design process. Collaboration with architects, contractors, vendors, and workrooms make the process enjoyable for our clients. Crisp, clean design with an emphasis on details is our hallmark.

Kathy Best Design is located in San Francisco’s Jackson Square and maintains a keen focus on primarily high-end residential projects. Commercial and office work include a Paramount Theater restoration project in Charlottesville, Virginia. We have designed signature interior spaces for clients from coast to coast.
